Well I’m back…as a married woman! It will be awhile until I can post wedding photos, so for now here is where we got married…the gazebo at the Bishop’s Garden at Washington National Cathedral. It’s not technically allowed to get married here, why I had to keep it a secret (so hard!). But it was truly like having our own secret garden in full bloom with the most gorgeous weather. In other words, we could not have found a more magical location. The Cathedral is the highest point in DC, and where Martin Luther King, Jr. made his very last sermon. Some of the stones in the garden walkway are from George Washington’s home. I miss it already, can’t wait to go back on all of our big anniversaries.
